We deliver Insaf Fabrics orders within Pakistan and internationally to destinations supported at checkout.
Delivery options and charges
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options and charges. Charges can depend on destination, parcel weight, packaging and the courier’s billing increments. If no option is available, please contact us before ordering.
Understanding order weight
Your bag and checkout show the actual combined physical item weight. Our weight-based delivery adds packaging and rounds up to whole kilograms, charging the first kg and each started additional kg in full. Billed weight can therefore differ from the actual item weight shown.
Dispatch and delivery
Dispatch depends on stock availability, order confirmation and the selected payment method. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and courier. Please ask us for an estimate if you need fabric for a particular date; an estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
International orders
Customs inspections can affect delivery. Destination duties, taxes or clearance fees may apply. Please check any import requirements and ask us which charges are included before placing an international order.
Addresses and delivery issues
Please provide a complete address and a working phone number. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correcting, a parcel is delayed, or an item arrives damaged. Include your order number and photographs where relevant so we can help.
